Many Window Styles to Choose
Picture window installation isn’t the only way Victory can enhance your home. We also install single- and double-hung, sliding, bay, and casement windows.
The typical home will have more double-hung windows than any other style. These windows have two sashes that move up and down for convenience and ventilation and which are simple to clean.
Single-hung windows look just like double-hung windows but have one operable sash and one fixed sash. This style is more affordable but isn’t as easy to clean so is generally reserved for the first floor.
Also called sliders or gliders, sliding windows are installed on a track and slide open and closed horizontally. They’re great for airflow and where you may lack leverage, such as behind a kitchen sink.
Bay windows comprise three smaller windows and usually a picture window with a casement or hung window on either side. These windows extend from the home for curb appeal but also for additional interior space.
A casement window has hinges that allow it to open out like a door and usually a crank for opening and closing. These windows allow for ample ventilation and are a great choice in kitchens and bathrooms.
Victory installs all manner of residential windows. That includes windows custom-made for your home. We also install awning, bow, garden, geometric, glass block, hopper, and jalousie windows.
